Couple of years i released similar mod on GTA Garage. However, while i was developing MemBiter tool, i decided to write a completely new, better performing car recording mod to showcase some of Membiter features. I present you IV:MemBiter Replay, successor of Vehicle Recording tool for recording/playback of vehicle paths. Create unique and immersive experiences, with competitive drivers. Drive around your favorite tracks, and enjoy racing against real drivers. Mod is pretty straight forward and easy to use. Mod was made from scratch, and latest version 3.70 was tested in: GTA IV 1.0.4.0, 1.0.6.0 and 1.0.7.0, EFLC 1.1.2.0

in-game path recording

Create recordings while you're in game, export them to native binary format, and load them from your HDD at any time.Use any vehicle out there to record paths. From bikes, cars, rockets, planes, helicopters and boats, all are supported.

no more speed limits

There are no speed limits when it comes to CARREC. You can record any vehicle at any speed, up to 300,000 km/h. Carrec don't mind if you break 287Km/h limit in GTA IV. If you do, it will be recorded, so you can replay it at any time.

Live *.RRR loading to ram

Load RRR files from your HDD directly to RAM, during runtime. This way, there is no limit in number of files you can use, and it's not required to import them to img files. Regular limit of RRR files you can store in carrec.img is around 3000, however.

Native carrec (*.rrr)

For many years, all of GTA IV fans were missing proper RRR tools, to enable creation of new native vehicle recordings for custom missions and racing mods. RRR file format allows us to record and replay any vehicle movement, at any coordinates in game world.

Out of the box playback tools

Load and replay thousands of recordings, with any vehicle you choose. Set custom colors, extras, and ped models to be used for each recording. Choose between AI or default playback, and replay with up to 50 drivers.
